AAHHHHH the Goat Hunt

No fall is ever complete until we have went on THE GOAT HUNT!! It is ridiculous that it is so much fun, but every year we are reminded that it is one of our favorite things to do. This year I was fulfilling church responsibilities, so I missed out, but Tyler and the boys had a ball. (Don't worry, I still have to fill my tag, so I still get to go)
Here are my 3 handsome boys dressed in the appropriate attire.

Orrin and Vivin loved to see the "cantaloupes" up close. Here they are with the first kill of the day.

Jacob got all bragging rights for the day with this humdinger of a goat. Tallon can't wait until he is old enough to hunt. Only 5 more years, but then who's counting?

The 3 boys stopping for a rest at the meadow up Sheep Creek. By the end of the day everyone needs to stop for a good stretch and get a much needed break from the truck.

They took 3 tags with them and came home with: 3 stinky goats, 9 dirty and tired kids, and to many to count fun stories of the day. My guess is that it was a successful day.
