Tonight we did Tallon's wrestling tournament in Star Valley. He did really well but he was disappointed at the way his night went. It was really hard to watch how frustrated he was with some of the kids, but at the same time is was good to see how determined he was. It was definitely one of those nights when it was hard to be a mom and watch as your son was going through so many emotions and having real no way to help him. Who knew wrestling could be so emotionally trying. If this is what kids and sports are about I really hope Tallon takes up band!
Anyways, back to Tallon being an awesome wrestler, here are some of the pics of the night.
He did come home with a medal which helped brighten his night a little...
and a hug from Grandpa Dana helped to, even if it doesn't look like it.
Thanks to all the family that came out to support our Tal. He had a mighty cheer section of Mom, Dad, Orrin, Vivin, Granddad and Grandma Hansen, Uncle Dirt, Grandpa and Grandma Dana, Jace, Jackie, Jerrie, Aunt Jullie, Uncle Brian, Klem, and Aunt Jess. We all were so proud of his performance and love him sooo much.
